CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations.

You must call the salon and speak to our front desk and this appointment cancellation must be confirmed. Leaving a message with us does not guarantee your cancellation and may result in a fee. Any messages left during salon closures will not be considered as 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made later than this time frame will be subject to a cancellation fee, resulting in half the cost of your scheduled service.

We require this time to fill our stylists’ day with a new appointment, our stylists are extremely busy and we value their time.
